• To proceed, kindly record a 360-degree unboxing video without any cuts the moment you receive your parcel. Claims without this video will not be accepted. Share the video with us on Instagram for further assistance.
• ⚠️ Please avoid using scissors or sharp objects while opening the package. Any damage caused during unboxing will not be covered.
